At Alabaster Herbs & Apothecary, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the handcrafted and consumable nature of our herbal products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit. Return shipping costs are covered only if the error was on our part.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that time, orders enter processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
